About The Position
Quality Assurance Supervisor – Youth Health Associates Location: Centerville, UT (in-office and Onsite Locations, potential hybrid work available on occasion) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually OR $24–$29/HR, depending on experience and certifications. See our website for more details about what we do: Youth Health Associates Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Supervisor supports the QA Director in monitoring, auditing, and evaluating operations across YHA residential facilities. This role ensures compliance with state licensing, federal mandates, internal protocols, and Joint Commission standards.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Pass background screening
- Willingness to work on-site, in office, and at program locations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to implementing policies into practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Utah state regulations, incident reporting, and TJC
- Familiarity with compliance, audits, or quality assurance processes in social services or residential programs
- Degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance oversight and facility audits
- Support preparation for Office of Licensing and Joint Commission surveys
- Track, document, and report incidents and safety concerns
- Support corrective action plans (CAPs) and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Assist in training staff on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation, QA logs, and performance metrics
- Support database management and outcomes measurement for program performance
