Key responsibilities include monitoring flour quality, directing QA SAP computer applications, verifying QA equipment functionality and calibrations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure product quality. The role also involves training employees, implementing Quality Systems Certifications and the Gruma Corporation World Quality Program, performing food safety and external-audit testing, verifying HACCP controls, and determining the status of the final product in conjunction with the manager. Regular and timely attendance is a requirement.
