Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in the same or a related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to type a minimum of 40 w.p.m.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts.

• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable learning new systems, and skilled at investigating and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Audit records, transactions, conversations, and system information for accuracy and compliance with Canyon Ranch standards.
• Research missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make necessary corrections in the appropriate systems.
• Track recurring errors, prepare quality reports, and share findings with leadership to support coaching, training, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate guest-related information, including reservations, itineraries, profiles, contacts, leads, and confirmations within PMS and CRM systems.
