We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys working with data, processes, and financial transactions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of claims processing, payments, billing, and system updates across multiple client programs. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy within the incentives processing environment. This role reviews claims, payment batches, billing reports, and IT ticket submissions to ensure compliance with internal procedures, client program guidelines, and service level agreements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position also requires the ability to identify irregularities or potential fraud indicators when reviewing payment activity.
