About The Position

The Quality Assurance Specialist at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing quality assurance processes and systems.
• TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to pass a CI Poly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and findings, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and standards.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess quality data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with TS/SCI clearance requirements and successfully pass CI Polygraph examinations as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in quality assurance methodologies and technologies to continuously enhance the quality management system.
