Responsibilities
- Lead daily quality control efforts
- Reviewing reports, account and loan documents, and file maintenance changes
- Identifying policy exceptions and following up until each issue is resolved
- Managing safe deposit box billing and renewals
- Completing research and requests in our FIS and check systems
- Assisting with annual branch audits
