About The Position

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is in support of the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program with the Department of the Air Force. As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you are key to the team in ensuring quality standards are met and policy is adhered to. You assist in the development and documentation of quality assurance plans, process documentation, and collecting and reviewing quality-centric data.

Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.

Nice To Haves

An active DoD Secret or higher clearance
Understanding of service desk and/or call center operations and metrics
ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL certification
Experience working in the Department of Defense

Responsibilities

Perform quality audits and evaluations to ensure the highest level of service is being provided.
Evaluate negative surveys, investigate complaints or performance concerns.
Support implementation of process improvements in support of readiness activities by coordinating internal documentation and data reviews, tracking corrective actions.
Track results and analyze to identify concerns and provide reports to management recommending improvements.
Support the development and documentation of standardized QA processes and establish/modify assessment criteria based on applicable standards.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of effort.
