About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products and exceptional client satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for executing structured quality assurance activities, supporting both manual testing and automation initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement within the QA practice. As part of a hybrid QA team, you will collaborate closely with developers, designers, project managers, and fellow QA professionals to validate functionality, identify risks, improve testing processes, and ensure consistent quality across platforms and devices.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably within creative or digital agencies operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience performing: Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, API Testing.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices.
  • Understanding of test automation concepts, frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, test scripts, and QA documentation.
  • Strong defect management skills, including tracking, reporting, and validating fixes throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Strong ownership mindset, accountability, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working with task management and defect tracking tools such as Clickup, Jira or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in QA automation, Agile, software testing, or cloud-based testing tools are a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed, local, and offshore teams.
  • Experience with BrowserStack or cross-browser testing platforms.
  • Experience with performance, accessibility testing.
  • Background in digital platforms, advertising technology, creative technology, SaaS, or agency environments is a plus.
  • Experience working on multi-platform digital products.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
  • Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

  • Be co-responsible for the quality of projects based on business requirements and design specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with QA team members, developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze project requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tickets to ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting requirements and proactively seek clarification.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and potential project blockers.
  • Design, create, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.
  • Execute Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, and Non-Functional Testing activities.
  • Perform API testing and validate system integrations when required.
  • Participate in both manual testing efforts and QA automation initiatives.
  • Create, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution using Jira or similar tools.
  • Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, project status, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Apply industry-standard QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices.
  • Support regression testing cycles for product releases and updates.
  • Assist with QA estimation, planning, and test execution activities.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA practice.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of automation tools, accessibility testing, security testing, and emerging QA practices.
