We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, pool service operations, or field coordination. This role focuses on protecting service quality standards, conducting structured audits, strengthening operational consistency, and improving the overall customer experience across recurring residential service routes. This role does not directly supervise technicians but partners with Service Leadership to improve quality and performance. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in audit scores, reduction in repeat service concerns, documentation accuracy, and measurable increases in customer satisfaction.
