This role provides support during regulatory inspections and customer audits, plans and presents Quality System information, and initiates, reviews, and approves various quality-related documents such as Change Controls, Recalls, and Deviations. The specialist will maintain Quality Systems policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, participate in internal and external audits, and release quarantined product. Responsibilities also include reviewing product-specific paperwork, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective action development, revising SOPs and WIs, performing Gemba walks applying Six Sigma concepts, and participating in cross-functional initiatives within a 3PL environment. The role requires strong leadership and logistics knowledge, professional customer communication, assistance with returns and damages, record reviews for compliance, participation in after-hours ISM rotation, assisting in validation projects, and being on call for WebCTRL temperature monitoring with monthly report generation.
