This role involves conducting inspections and tests on materials, welds, joints, and finished piping systems to verify adherence to engineering specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. The QA/QC Engineer will work closely with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Key duties include reviewing technical drawings, performing dimensional checks, assessing weld quality, scheduling 3rd party inspections, and maintaining detailed records of inspections and test results. This position requires an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Certification.
