Quality Assurance (QA) Program Manager
About The Position
The Quality Assurance (QA) Program Manager will lead the quality strategy for a new Implementation Testing Service, embedding testing early across complex, cross-product implementations. The role will standardize automation, test data, performance testing, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve delivery confidence and manage risks. The Program Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decisions, and accountability. The position is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and is hybrid. The stated duration is 24 months, and the interview process includes a required in-person second round.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including liaising with clients.
- Ability to work as a team player.
