Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance strategies across IT projects and operations, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners in developing and implementing testing standards, processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, deep expertise in software testing methodologies, and a proven track record of enhancing quality in dynamic IT environments.
