About The Position

Medpace is seeking an office-based Quality Assurance (QA) Intern for the Summer 2027 semester to support its QA team. The team helps maintain Medpace’s commitment to high ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management system standards. The position is based onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, and requires availability to work 40 hours per week. The intern will assist with quality system documentation and records, support audit preparation and inspection readiness, review and organize QA data and reports, and contribute to process improvements and quality and compliance initiatives. The role involves collaboration with QA staff and other departments as needed.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a similar field.
Available to work 40 hours per week onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Internship or project experience with clinical quality assurance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist with quality system documentation and record management.
Support audit preparation and inspection readiness activities.
Help review and organize QA data and reports and support process improvements.
Participate in meetings and projects related to quality and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with QA staff and other departments as needed.
