About The Position

FlexForce Pros is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring construction projects meet all quality, safety, and compliance standards. This role oversees inspections, quality control processes, and corrective actions while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across active job sites. This is a long-term project role for one-year or longer in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Requirements

• High School Education or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or reconstruction
• OSHA-30 certified (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Quality control or related certifications
• Experience reviewing schedules, costs, and change orders
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling and construction management software

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety standards with zero tolerance
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across projects
• Perform on-site inspections of workmanship, materials, and safety
• Identify non-compliance issues and support corrective actions
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality performance
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
• Support emergency response and disaster recovery projects as needed
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve quality and schedule goals
• Recommend process improvements and best practices
