About The Position

As a member of the QA Operations team, you’ll gain exposure to regulatory compliance, manufacturing processes, and quality documentation—learning how these come together within a real-world Quality Management System while contributing to products that meet Kardium’s standards and industry regulations. This opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, with ability to manage, analyze, and troubleshoot large, complex data-dense spreadsheets
• Enthusiasm toward finding solutions to unforeseen challenges
• A history of success working in a team setting
• Enrollment in post-secondary program related to Science, Computer Science or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to enhance QMS capabilities and promote a culture of quality.
• Coordinate the collection of information and the preparation of quality documentation.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing trends in productivity, timeliness, and quality metrics.
• Support various quality and operations tasks as needed.
