Quality Assurance Nurse (RN)
About The Position
We are currently taking applications for a full time Quality Assurance Nurse in our Nursing & Rehab facility. The QA Nurse works in a leadership role in cooperation with all disciplines in the facility to provide for the needs of the residents, supervises direct and indirect care delivery, and promotes/maintains continuity of care for the residents. Functions include admissions, infection control, staff education, and quality assurance. Requirements
- Requires a valid Virginia RN license
- Knowledge of regulations
- Background/Drug tests required
- Seasonal flu vaccine required
Nice To Haves
- Preferably three or more years of experience in a long-term care facility
Responsibilities
- Works in a leadership role in cooperation with all disciplines in the facility to provide for the needs of the residents
