About The Position
Administratively responsible to make and act upon recommendations for QA activities of all departments. Will work with the management and inter-disciplinary team to address areas of needed improvement for resident care. This person is also responsible for monitoring and tracking of wounds, pressure sores, incident investigations, evaluating, assessing and documenting quality assurance through environmental rounds and audits. Infection control.
Requirements
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) qualification.
