Requirements

Strong attention to detail and hold a high bar for quality
Confident communicating with construction teams and trade partners
Take ownership and proactively solve problems
Comfortable working in the field and managing multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license and are open to travel as needed
Experience in residential construction, inspections, or quality assurance
Knowledge of building codes and construction processes
Technical understanding of construction systems (water intrusion, materials, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Multifamily or townhome experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-drywall, final, and completion inspections on multifamily homes and townhomes.
Ensure all work meets Stylecraft standards, building codes, and best practices.
Partner with construction teams and trade contractors to explain expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
Identify trends, provide feedback, and help refine QA standards and processes.
Guide trade partners on installation methods and quality expectations.
Document inspection results and maintain organized, accurate reports.
Visit job sites across Central, South, and East Texas as needed.
