The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the Quality System at their Dupuy Group facility. This includes oversight of the quality system, HACCP-based food safety plans, and Good Manufacturing Practices. The Quality Manager must be knowledgeable and trained in HACCP, risk-based preventive controls, and familiar with the Silliker Food Safety Code. They must be able to communicate with relevant personnel to ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System.
