About The Position

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality management processes within the warehousing and distribution environment. This role ensures compliance with ISO 13485 requirements and other relevant industry standards while driving continuous improvement across operations. The manager will lead quality initiatives, conduct audits, maintain documentation, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and consistency of warehousing and distribution operations, aligning with customer and regulatory expectations while fostering a quality-first mindset across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience as part of a project team for implementing a Quality Management System.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Experience with Training and Documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing a Quality Management System for ISO 132-485 for warehousing facilities.
  • Updating and Managing the Quality Management System for all of Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Providing training on the Quality Management System.
  • Periodic out of state travel is required.
