About The Position

The Quality Assurance Manager serves as the authority for software and system quality across the ecosystem, ensuring all applications, infrastructure, and data processing pipelines meet mission, cybersecurity, and operational performance requirements. This role drives continuous integration quality practices, validates system reliability at scale, and enforces compliance across development, forensic processing, and enterprise platforms supporting law enforcement operations. This contract supports a government agency's capability to ingest, process, and analyze massive volumes of digital evidence into actionable intelligence. The program drives full lifecycle development, from building scalable applications and forensic tools to integrating enterprise services and maintaining hybrid cloud and classified infrastructure. The work ensures users can securely access, review, and collaborate on evidence in real time. This strengthens national security and investigative outcomes by combining advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery to give investigators faster, more reliable insight into complex digital evidence.
