As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's Asset Management Group Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, or Birmingham, AL. Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Lead automation framework strategy and execution: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Selenium-based automation frameworks to support functional, regression, and integration testing across Investment and Wealth Management applications. - Drive quality engineering best practices: Establish test standards, review automation code, and mentor QA engineers to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables, leveraging Java or Python for robust and maintainable test scripts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders within PNC to define test strategies, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure alignment with business-critical financial applications. - Ensure test coverage and continuous improvement: Identify automation opportunities, improve test efficiency, and analyze test results to proactively mitigate defects, enhance system stability, and support regulatory and data integrity needs in banking environments. Job Description Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s). Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution. Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle. Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products. Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release. Requirements

  • Leveraging Java or Python for robust and maintainable test scripts.
  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • Comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
