About The Position

The Quality Assurance Lab Technician helps ensure products meet quality standards before reaching customers. The role involves testing products throughout the manufacturing process, evaluating finished products, recording and analyzing testing data, identifying trends, operating and maintaining testing equipment, and working with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The technician also supports continuous improvement initiatives and participates in safety and quality programs while following established procedures and documentation requirements.

This role suits a detail-oriented person who enjoys working with numbers, measurements, data, and procedures, and contributing to a team environment where quality matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
