Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
Experience in quality inspection or quality assurance.
Good Math skills
Go-getter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Experience with reviewing technical drawings, specifications, standard measuring tools
Knowledge with MS Office, especially Excel and ERP systems would be very helpful.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Use standard measuring equipment to conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards at various locations in a production environment.
Follow and implement inspection protocols and support with quality procedures.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
Conduct pre-shipping inspections to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Timely process nonconforming materials rejected material to quarantine area
Ensure timely resolution and documentation of nonconformance issues.
Utilize ERP systems to extract data, produce report,
Create and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and Word or Power Point
