The Role: As a Quality Assurance and Incident Management Associate you will perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the Quality Assurance (QA) Department, which require a range of skills and a knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. This role ensures that investigative processes are carried out efficiently while also managing administrative functions such as recordkeeping, reporting, and communication support.
