Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Nice To Haves
- 0-5 years of job related experience preferred
- 1–3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports for accurate communication of field quality status (Before sales, 3M, 12M, 36M, WM, CPU, and DPU) for management.
- Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities.
- Inform the responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis and follow-up on improvement.
- Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues.
- Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issue and make necessary input/actions.
- Review warranty field claims for correct processing, request changes as necessary.
- Make EWR (Early Warning Report) for launched models to report and share to HMGMA.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
