Quality Assurance Engineer Summer 2027 Co-Op
About The Position
TEL Technology Center of America LLC, a subsidiary of Tokyo Electron Limited, a global, multi-billion-dollar corporation and a leader in the semiconductor equipment industry, is seeking software engineering intern candidates. Tokyo Electron markets a wide range of semiconductor production equipment (SPE) products and provides outstanding service and support to semiconductor device manufacturers. TEL's world-renowned products and technologies support diverse customer needs for the manufacturing of increasingly sophisticated semiconductors. TEL is looking for an undergraduate or graduate student intern in the field of software engineering, usability studies, to help roll out a TEL internal software system. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Familiarity with Agile methodology and low code platforms is a plus. The internship start date is targeting the first half of 2026. Time commitment is 20 to 40 hours per week and can be flexible based on student course load.
Requirements
- The candidate should be pursuing a B.S. or M.S. degree in software engineering
- Experience with Agile Project managements
- Experience with user stories
- Experience with software software development
- UI/UX Design Principles know how
- Testing- QA experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills required

- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with low code platforms

- Capture software requirements
