The Quality Control Officer / Site Safety & Health Officer (QC/SSHO) is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with contract requirements, applicable codes, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position oversees project quality control processes and implements the site safety program to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans and procedures. Responsibilities commonly include administration of the Quality Control Plan, Accident Prevention Plan (APP), inspections, documentation, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance. Candidate must be able to obtain a Level 50 Access, this will be paid for by Client it takes roughly 6 months for the investigation to be completed, candidate can start prior to with our Standard BG and Drug Screening process. This person will be able to receive mileage reimbursement for the role as they will travel between the 2 NASA locations. Some days they might be at one location 2-3 days and the rest of the week the other location. Some weeks they will be at one location the whole week etc. Important to have OSHA certification or OSHA/ Safety Trainings. This person will be responsible for the safety checks of Client at the client site!
