A Digital Twin is only as valuable as the trust users place in it. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will help ensure that applications, services, data pipelines, and simulations supporting a Digital Twin and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) platform for military test ranges perform reliably, accurately, and securely. You will own test strategy and execution across web applications, back-end APIs, 3D and geospatial data pipelines, and real-time 3D visualization environments built on game engines. You will build automated test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and verify that releases meet functional, visual, performance, and security requirements before reaching mission users. You will also help confirm that simulation outputs and 3D content accurately represent the real-world systems and environments they model. You will work alongside full-stack developers, M&S engineers, platform engineers, and UX practitioners to identify issues early and build quality into every stage of delivery. You will help define how quality is measured on a complex, emerging platform and produce test evidence supporting releases in regulated DoD environments. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The role requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and travel up to 25% of the time. The projected annualized compensation range is $62,000 to $141,000 USD. Booz Allen describes its work model options as remote, hybrid, or onsite, but the posting does not specify which applies to this position.
