About The Position

Sanitize tanks and equipment to ensure company quality standards are being met. Locate necessary ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room for Blend syrup ingredients according to established standards and procedures. Unload sugar/concentrate. Maintain records and logs of procedures, results, and Interpret blending/sanitation schedule requirements and plan personal schedule accordingly to suite priorities. Periodically perform inventory checks and sort concentrates and Assure ingredient stock is rotated. Keep work area and equipment clean and comply with all safety, GMP and sanitation and food safety.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to operate and utilize a computer
  • Ability to operate and utilize laboratory and test equipment
  • Ability and desire to work within a team but can work alone
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter who leads by example
  • Dependable
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs on a daily basis
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of soft drink operations
  • Basic knowledge of SPC

Responsibilities
