About The Position

The purpose of this position is to automate product testing to allow test cases to be run quickly and repeatedly, thereby creating efficiencies, enabling greater test coverage, and reducing the risk of software defects. The Quality Assurance Automated Test Engineer authors and maintains automation code that supports the ongoing growth of automated testing within Edupoint.

Requirements

Working knowledge of the Microsoft family of client and server operating systems
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office family of products
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio
Professional attitude
Familiar with basic C# and/or development experience
Familiar with T-SQL
Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to work and communicate well with other teams and product groups
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
1 + years of experience with automated UI testing
1 + years of experience in C#
1 + years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL

Nice To Haves

Experience using Selenium and NUnit is a plus

Responsibilities

Work within existing framework to author and maintain automation code
Work with team members to develop and maintain testing data
Maintain and update test environments across multiple product versions to support continuous regression testing
Provide assistance to other members of the quality assurance team
Other duties as assigned
