As a QA Auditor 2, you will conduct GxP audits, support regulatory compliance, and help ensure data integrity and quality across laboratory and project activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field.
3–5 years of quality auditing experience in a regulated GxP environment.
Experience with equipment qualification, software validation, and method qualification/validation.
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, quality systems, audit methodologies, and data integrity principles.
Ability to critically evaluate complex technical documentation, laboratory processes, and computerized system records.
Excellent communication, reporting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficiency with eQMS platforms, controlled document management, and QA compliance tools.
A functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, report, and close GxP audits for projects, laboratories, vendors, and computerized systems.
Evaluate audit findings and provide clear recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Manage quality events, including review of investigations, RCA, CAPA, and effectiveness checks.
Maintain and support the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) throughout the audit lifecycle.
Review SOPs, controlled documents, and study/project records for regulatory compliance and data integrity.
Support and host customer audits and regulatory inspections.
Provide QA guidance, training, and consultation to operational teams and clients.
Identify process improvements and escalate quality or compliance risks to management.
