As a Quality Assurance Associate within PNC's Workforce Technology – Talent Acquisition and Learning, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position may not be available in all geographic areas. Participates in System Integration testing, Regression testing, performance testing, and complete test summary reports. Follow procedures to ensure that all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements. Reviews software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards. Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Plans, executes, and summarizes reliability and validation test cases; interfaces with developers on test results. Work with business partners and vendors to complete test plans and cases for complete and accurate documentation for the testing cycle. Verifies that product documentation is in sync with product functionality. Monitors and verifies that quality activities are in line with control procedures. Compiles, analyzes, and distributes reports and process control statistics. Maintains and disseminates defect documentation and logs. Provides supports for software testing activities and staff. Plans, executes, and documents validation test cases. Conducts data comparisons. Participates in administering the testing process. Verifies that all necessary product checks and tests have been completed.   • University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
