About The Position

The Quality Assurance Associate ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and recommending improvements. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards expected by public safety professionals who rely on GALLS for their uniforms and equipment.

Requirements

• Able to use a PC
• Ability to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout the shift
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a shift
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret order tickets
• A strong commitment to quality are essential

Nice To Haves

• Assists the department in achieving the accuracy goal of less than 2%

Responsibilities

• Examines and compares merchandise against the order ticket specifications once personalization is complete to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping for packing
• Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and other reports related to Production quality
• Communicates with the supervisor on problems and needs
• Develops and relays improvements to the supervisor
• Promotes teamwork
• Performs other duties as assigned
