About The Position

This role exists to make sure our documentation is solid, our checks are consistent, and our standards stay high-so customers get safe, great-tasting product. You'll help keep every batch on track by supporting Greenhead's GMP, food safety, and quality assurance programs.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety principles
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with FDA regulations/seafood processing

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring, verification, and recordkeeping tied to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety
• Help maintain accurate QA documentation and electronic records
• Support training activities and continuous improvement efforts
• Spot quality concerns and communicate them quickly and clearly
