About The Position

The Quality Assurance / Assistant Manager supports daily execution and owns the quality-control rhythm for the contract. This position verifies route completion, performs inspections, tracks deficiencies and trends, updates schedules, and helps train employees to customer standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of custodial supervisory, lead, or quality-control experience.
  • Experience performing inspections and documenting deficiencies clearly and accurately.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, forms, mobile devices, or checklists to track work status.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and pass customer-required background screening.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Military base, school, healthcare, or large-campus cleaning experience.
  • Experience with route optimization, floor-care scheduling, and training new hires.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections across route families and special spaces.
  • Validate completion of required tasks, restroom supply levels, appearance standards, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection logs, route timing studies, trend reports, and closeout records.
  • Support schedule refinement during mobilization and early performance.
  • Coach employees on task sequence, room reset standards, stock replenishment, and safe chemical handling.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Manager on customer concerns, staffing gaps, and same-day recovery actions.
  • Assist with documentation for special spaces and audit readiness.
