The Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and continuous quality improvement initiatives across IDD programs and services. This position ensures organizational compliance with federal, state, licensing, accreditation, payer, and organizational standards while promoting operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. The Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates quality assurance systems, compliance programs, audit processes, corrective action plans, and performance improvement initiatives. The position collaborates with program leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory readiness, strengthen quality outcomes, and mitigate organizational risk.
