About The Position

The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Associate, supporting Enterprise Quality and Accreditation Operations, collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams to uphold exceptional service standards. This role emphasizes internal quality assurance and accreditation readiness, serving as a key driver of process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and reinforce a culture of superior customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and supporting regulatory audits to ensure ongoing compliance across the enterprise. The associate plays a vital role in maintaining accreditation standards and advancing quality initiatives throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer service role requiring a good level of understanding of operations policies, procedures, and guidelines while meeting performance standards
  • Demonstrated intermediate skill in spreadsheets and word processing
  • Demonstrated ability to balance daily tasks, mentoring, and assigned projects
  • Basic knowledge of data analytic tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements to workflows, processes, training, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans based on identified issues.
  • Coordinate with Quality and/or Accreditation Coordinators to address training needs uncovered through audits and data analysis; assist in developing regulatory training materials.
  • Support team education by facilitating discussions, tracking issues and resolutions, and maintaining documentation.
  • Conduct system testing for updates and enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Participate in quality and system enhancement committees to improve operational processes and training effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures through regular audits and reporting; ensure accurate documentation and regulatory alignment.
  • Assist in accreditation readiness by collecting data and analyzing performance trends.
  • Develop and deliver training on workflow processes, regulatory compliance, and system functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by supporting team members in resolving issues and meeting deadlines, while staying current on policies, procedures, and plan design changes through ongoing training and collaboration.
