About The Position

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll help ensure the quality and reliability of technology solutions that support our customers and employees. You'll collaborate with experienced QA professionals to plan and execute testing, identify issues, and improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance Life Cycle Management.
  • 2+ years of experience creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
  • Experience performing manual software testing and documenting test results and defects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a financial institution or other regulated industry.
  • Experience collaborating with on-site and offshore project teams.
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Xray, or similar test management tools.
  • Exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate business requirements and system functionality.
  • Develop clear test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Document testing results, defects, and retesting activities to support timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.
  • Partner with QA Leads, project teams, and business stakeholders to communicate testing progress and quality outcomes.
  • Support automated testing efforts by creating and maintaining automated test scripts as assigned.
  • Validate third-party interfaces and system integrations to ensure accurate and reliable end-to-end processing.
  • Maintain testing plans, quality documentation, and testing artifacts using established QA tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in knowledge sharing, cross-training, and process enhancements.
