About The Position

The Facility Contracting & Quality Assurance (QA) Services analyst is responsible for the review and auditing of facility contracts, including but not limited to reviewing billing accuracy after the contract has been entered into the billing system for all lines of business. This role serves as a primary point of contact for contractual billing questions and concerns from internal and external customers, and audits the correctness of all facility contracts and FDS entered by AMS. The analyst will work with Sales Reps/RGMs to obtain outstanding contracts and assist with the transition of acquisition processes, including contract review, invoicing pricing, and auditing information accuracy. They will track changes related to facility billing, identify and correct inconsistencies in DDF files, and perform monthly billing audits to ensure compliance with company policies, government, and contractual requirements. The role also involves keeping the Manager of Facility Contracting & Quality Assurance informed of concerns and compliance issues, assisting the manager with business office functions, and supporting Facility Billing Leadership. Additionally, the analyst will manage ServiceNow ticketing, respond to customer inquiries, audit changes in billing systems, and assist with the management of the Facility Billing System for accurate billing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Five (5) years facility billing experience
  • Minimum of Five (5) years facility contract analytics.
  • Experience with healthcare billing system solutions and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong experience in managing within a dynamic, challenging and fast pace environment while working inclusively with people to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual billing questions and/or concerns from internal/external customers.
  • Audit the correctness of all facility contracts and FDS entered by AMS.
  • Work with Sales Reps/RGMs to obtain all outstanding contracts.
  • Assist with the transition of the acquisition process, including review of contracts, invoicing pricing, and auditing the accuracy of information in appropriate systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquisitions to ensure smooth transition for clients and Billing Team.
  • Track all DDF, IDX, and TELCOR changes related to facility billing.
  • Identify, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in DDF files, then initiate corrective methods as needed.
  • Perform monthly billing audits to ensure compliance with all company policies/procedures, government, and contractual requirements.
  • Keep the Manager of Facility Contracting & Quality Assurance (QA) advised of concerns and compliance issues.
  • Assist Contracting & (QA) Manager in the management and financial performance of the business office functions.
  • Support Facility Billing Leadership and assume other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the company.
  • Manage ServiceNow Ticketing Tracking/Completion.
  • Provide timely response to internal and external customers via email/voicemail.
  • Audit all changes made to DDF, IDX, or TELCOR billing systems for accuracy.
  • Assist with management of the functionality and efficient operation of the Facility Billing System to ensure accurate billing.
