About The Position

We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Quality Operator to help us deliver products that meet the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement every day.

Requirements

  • Quality Control & Inspection — foundational level; conducting routine checks to verify product and process compliance
  • Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — foundational level; applying quality standards throughout the production lifecycle
  • Quality Management Systems — foundational level; following established procedures to maintain system integrity
  • Continuous Improvement — foundational level; identifying opportunities and supporting improvement projects
  • Problem Solving — foundational level; addressing quality issues within defined parameters and escalating when needed
  • Collaboration — foundational level; working effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Customer Orientation — foundational level; understanding how quality impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills through training and hands-on experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying risks and participating in corrective action plans
  • Work closely with production and procurement teams to resolve manufacturing issues and prevent defects
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality management system compliance
