About The Position

This role is responsible for the outgoing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) of all products before shipment, identifying any non-conformances. The Quality Assistant will also assist in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials and audit work order entries in the company's ERP system, NetSuite. Additionally, they will review work order folders for completeness and accuracy, prepare Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material following VRMA processes, and assist with receiving inspections as needed, including testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection. The position also involves performing other assigned duties and projects.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.
