The Quality Assistant supports patient care and achievement on metric-driven outcomes through clinical auditing and data entry tasks for accurate reporting. The position involves extensive use of the electronic health record, population analytics tools, data-sharing software platforms, and Excel. Patient engagement and outreach activities will be conducted to close gaps in care. The Quality Assistant will work directly with the Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Director of Quality Initiatives and will work collaboratively with patients and cross-functional teams in the support of quality program needs and strategic initiatives. This position supports value-based care initiatives.
