About The Position

Stallant Health & Wellness is inviting applications for a Quality & Compliance Manager at our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This is a key leadership role dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across our care teams and services. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum [3–5] years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, etc.).
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare the clinic for external surveys or regulatory reviews.
  • Monitor and report on compliance risks, collaborating with leadership to implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide training and education to staff on compliance standards and quality practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for clinic leadership regarding compliance and quality performance.
