About The Position

The Data Analytics Specialist will support the organization’s data-driven initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, the Data Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, creating reports, and offering actionable insights to improve operational processes and align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the organization. Work is performed under general supervision; however, the employee is expected to exercise good judgment and discretion within the limits of established procedures.
