About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This role involves analyzing quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities. The Quality Analyst will lead NCMR disposition and trending, support customer required information gathering and reports (COA, TDS, PPAP), and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams on projects and initiatives. The position also requires maintaining quality documentation and records, working with cross-functional teams to focus on quality efforts, identify root cause, and implement corrective and preventive actions. A key aspect of this role is identifying process improvement opportunities and driving those actions forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Science) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in a quality or manufacturing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Statistical software preferred).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience in an ISO 9001 compliant QMS environment.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
