About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is hiring a Quality Analyst to support Boeing Aerospace at a warehouse operation in Mesa, Arizona. The operation provides pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory management support. The role analyzes customer-reported inventory defects, monitors operational performance and compliance, communicates with the customer, prepares reports, and investigates and corrects quality issues. The available schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a maximum 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Moderate proficiency with office-based software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Able to work a maximum 40-hour work week.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel; SAP and EWM are also identified as relevant systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a transportation, logistics, or distribution center environment is preferred.
• An associate’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-reported defects on inventory.
• Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing.
• Interact with the customer daily and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct quality-related issues.
• Complete other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.
