About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Quality Analyst to support its Mesa, Arizona warehouse operation serving Boeing Aerospace. The facility provides pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory-management support. The role monitors operational quality and performance, investigates and corrects quality issues, and interacts daily with the customer to support customer satisfaction. The position is scheduled for second shift, Monday through Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a maximum 40-hour work week.

• Moderate proficiency with office-based software.

• Able to work a maximum 40-hour work week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a transportation, logistics, or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and EWM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer-reported defects on inventory.
• Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing.
• Interact with the customer daily and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare or provide reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct quality-related issues.
• Complete other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor.
