About The Position
Farm Family specializes in farm and ranch protection with a wide range of products including flexible farm packages, business owner policies, commercial package, workers compensation, commercial auto and select personal auto coverage. Farm Family is a leader in serving the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets and is pursuing growth across the U.S. The Farm Family entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. The purpose of this job is to develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts, and to evaluate current industry-standard testing analysis techniques and best practices. This role involves solving a wide range of difficult problems pertaining to system testing and quality assurance processes in imaginative and practical ways.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, business, or related field, or four years of relevant experience in the software testing field.
Responsibilities
- Develops Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
- Executes Test Scenarios, Cases and Scripts.
- Applies industry standard testing techniques.
- Applies internal processes and procedures.
- Demonstrates understanding of insurance concepts.
- Demonstrates understanding of technical requirements.
- Validates and analyzes expected and unexpected results.
- Ensures proper documentation of defects and resolutions.
- Directs work of others.
